Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics including booking and documentation.
• Prepare and share shipping documents with customers.
• Collaborate with warehouse for loading prioritization.
• Monitor team performance through KPI reports.
• Handle urgent tasks outside normal hours when necessary.
