Plan and drive international influencer and creator partnership strategies with clear performance goals

Identify, evaluate, and manage global creators, influencer agencies, and content networks, building a sustainable partner pipeline

Lead partnership discussions including collaboration structure, commercial terms, and campaign execution planning

Oversee campaign delivery from launch to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and results are met

Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion to improve campaign effectiveness

Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with product launches and business objectives

Track platform trends, content formats, and ecosystem changes across major global social platforms

Bachelor’s degree or above

3+ years of experience in influencer partnerships, creator marketing, digital partnerships, or related commercial roles

Strong familiarity with global social platforms (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter/X) and their creator ecosystems

Comfortable leading commercial discussions and negotiations with partners and agencies

Experience evaluating campaign results and using data to guide optimisation decisions

Interest in technology-driven products, especially AI, social platforms, or digital entertainment

Strong command of English for professional communication and documentation

Able to work independently, manage multiple initiatives in parallel, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
