A leading recruitment company in Malaysia is looking for an HR Manager to oversee human resources functions including recruitment and employee relations. In this role, you will manage visa processes, oversee expatriate assignments, and ensure compliance with labor laws while developing HR policies. You should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a degree in Human Resources or related fields. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in HR software, alongside a good command of English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for attracting top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process for senior positions.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Handle all aspects of employment for overseas staff.
  • Manage visa applications and compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Assist foreign employees with relocation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and develop HR policies.
