Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of goods locally and internationally.
• Prepare and review shipping documents ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and resolve issues.
• Source and negotiate rates with carriers and service providers.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth workflow.

Skills

Strong understanding of shipping procedures (import/export)

Knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and freight documentation

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments

Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics systems is an advantage

Education

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
