Job summary

A leading company in packaging solutions seeks a motivated individual for a sales role in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The candidate will manage customer inquiries, develop packaging designs, and ensure timely communications regarding stock and delivery. Applicants must have a diploma and 2-3 years of FMCG experience, along with excellent English skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/SAP systems are necessary. Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG.
• Knowledge of international/export trade is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare price quotations and product information for customers.
• Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints including return stocks.
• Develop new packaging design for customers on new products.
• Monitor inventory for stocks and update customers.
• Assist sales manager with daily tasks and reports.
