Qualifications

• Over 7 years in transport or freight forwarding.
• More than 7 years in customer service with international clients.
• Experience in leading teams of 20+ staff.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing operations team across multiple geographies.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics execution to ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage regular performance reviews and customer satisfaction.
• Drive CAPA processes and uphold quality standards.
• Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and KPI analysis.
