Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in FMCG industry, preferably in food & beverages.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin fluency is essential.
• Proficiency in planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales of General Trade for SP Branch.
• Develop business plan with sales strategies and profit goals.
• Enhance brand visibility to stimulate growth.
• Analyze sales performance and manage debt collection.
• Implement sales management process for key customers.
• Monitor sales team performance to achieve targets.
• Train and lead the sales team.
• Analyze market trends for product improvements.
