Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments, including TVET, Home-Side, Administration, and Finance, by planning, organizing, monitoring, and reporting Montfort Boys Town’s institutional activities to the Director, ensuring overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Liaise with JKM, JPK, JPJ, LHDN and other relevant government agencies for license renewals and related regulatory matters.

Ensure that the Institution complies to all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to ensure effective institutional management, develop and execute short- and long-term plans for institutional growth and program expansion.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry, government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations for CSR projects.

Lead and transform comprehensive fundraising campaigns while actively pursuing additional funding opportunities such as grants, partnerships, and sponsorship to support institutional goals.

To attend to visitors and sponsors, making the necessary arrangements for their visits to Montfort.

Attend all internal meetings (e.g., board meetings, management committee meetings, workshops, departmental meetings) and any external meetings as assigned or designated.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in management/ leadership capacity is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Willing to learn, adaptive and able to work independently.
