A manufacturing firm in Johor Bahru is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage and maintain accurate stock reports, conduct regular stock counts, and monitor inventory levels. Prepare and maintain accurate daily stock reports.
Conduct regular stock counts and perform cycle checks.
Conduct annual stock take and prepare comprehensive reports for management review and analysis.
Monitor inventory levels and promptly identify and report any shortages or excess stock to ensure optimal inventory management
Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO), delivery memos, and goods documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Receive, inspect, and verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods against corresponding Delivery Orders and invoices.
Maintain and file accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of shipping and receiving documentation for all container movements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates to relevant databases.
Coordinate with forklift teams, HQ logistics and HQ warehouse teams to resolve stock discrepancies and manage delivery schedules.
Monitor inventory stock levels and initiate purchase requests as necessary to maintain optimal stock.
Report all factory / office maintenance issues to related department/suppliers and follow up accordingly.

Coordinating with maintenance admin/technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs.
Assist in the procurement of maintenance-related materials and spare parts.
Ensure accurate maintenance of records such as work orders, equipment logs, and spare parts and supplies inventories.
Ensure that all records, policies, and procedures are kept up-to-date and comply with company requirements.
Manage all incoming items and mail.
Provide support in various HR-related tasks, including attendance tracking, leave record management, and handling foreign worker matters.
