• At least 8 years relevant experience in garment manufacturing industry including 3 years at managerial level.
• Strong solid experience in all-round factory experience in garment manufacturing environment is a MUST.

• Drive profitability and manage business strategies.
• Handle crisis management and tactical plans when necessary.
• Optimize production capacity and maintain effective inventory arrangement.
• Coordinate with local authorities to comply with laws and regulations.
