Overview

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PERSOL (renewable based on performance)

Salary: RM4,000 - RM5,000 (based on qualification & education) + statutory contributions & leave entitlement

As a QV Lead Tester, you’ll lead testing operations, mentor your team, and ensure our games meet the highest standards. Reporting to the QV Development Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping the future of AAA battle royale FPS games with unique character abilities.

Your Mission

• Manage and monitor daily testing activities
• Lead hands-on testing with a focus on quality
• Mentor testers and promote knowledge-sharing
• Ensure clear bug reporting and feature feedback
• Collaborate on test planning and automation
• Implement testing standards across projects
• Support training and documentation efforts

Who can apply?
