Responsibilities
- Performance Reviews : Regularly assess ad performance across FB, IG, YouTube, and Google.
- Metrics Reporting : Track and compare key metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) across platforms.
- Strategy Development : Define audience segments, create platform-specific strategies, and manage budgets.
- Ad Creation & Setup : Craft ad copy and visuals, optimize landing pages, and set up targeted ad campaigns.
- Monitoring & Optimization : Continuously monitor and adjust live ads, conduct A/B tests, and refine strategies based on performance.
- Feedback Integration : Incorporate leadership feedback following report submissions.
- Evergreen Funnel : Create new funnels for previously recorded webinars to be used in evergreen campaigns.
- Individual Webinar Funnels : Develop unique funnels for each scheduled webinar and regularly review and update them based on performance data.
3. Lead Generation Funnel Development
- Identify and implement new strategies for generating leads and nurturing prospects.
- Develop and optimize lead funnels, ensuring a seamless user journey from awareness to conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create content and campaigns that attract, engage, and convert leads.
- Continuously monitor funnel performance and adjust tactics based on data insights to improve conversion rates.
4. SEO Responsibilities
- Keyword Research : Regularly identify and analyze high-impact keywords.
- On-Page SEO : Optimize meta tags, content, and internal linking for search visibility.
- Technical SEO : Perform site audits, fix broken links, and ensure proper site structure.
- Local SEO : Manage Google My Business, ensuring NAP consistency and gathering reviews.
- Performance Monitoring : Track SEO metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
5. Data Analytics & Improvement
- Analyze ads, conversion, social media, and Google Analytics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize tools like Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and others to enhance data collection and tracking.
- Continuously refine data strategies to improve campaign performance and decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights from data to optimize ad targeting, user experience, and conversion rates.
6. Landing Page Development & Optimization
- Conversion Optimization : Design and develop landing pages with a focus on maximizing conversions. Implement best practices for layout, copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- User Experience Enhancement : Ensure landing pages offer a seamless user experience with fast loading times, intuitive navigation, and mobile responsiveness. Use tools like Microsoft Clarity.
- Continuous Improvement : Regularly review and update landing pages. Adapt content and design for new products/services. Refine copy for sellers and buyers.
- Analytics Integration : Implement tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar) to monitor performance and gather insights.
7. Automations & AI Integration
- Develop and implement automated systems to streamline processes across all business areas.
- Leverage AI tools for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies.
- Automate data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring to enhance efficiency.
- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to identify opportunities for performance improvements.
- Support ad-hoc and ongoing campaigns with insights, data, and assistance in areas such as landing page optimization, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
- Align strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
- Provide input on how SEO, paid ads, and content marketing can complement each other.
9. Customer Journey Mapping
- Develop and visualize customer journey maps to understand touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for engagement.
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or mapping software to create detailed maps and track interactions.
- Analyze journey maps to optimize strategies and improve customer experiences.
10. Content Publishing Collaboration
- Publishing Strategy : Work with reporting manager/CEO/VPO to develop and execute daily content publishing strategies.
- Content Distribution : Ensure daily content is published on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Performance Tracking : Track and analyze content performance and reach. Adjust strategies to enhance engagement.
11. Reporting
- Reporting Development : Create and maintain clear, concise reports on ad and website performance using automated tools.
- Automated Reporting Tools : Use Google Data Studio, Tableau, or built-in ad platform tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Performance Insights : Provide actionable insights to understand ad effectiveness, website traffic, and user behavior.
- Regular Updates : Generate and review weekly/monthly reports to track progress, spot trends, and adjust strategies.
