• Act as the ambassador and guardian of the product, liaising with internal teams and external parties.
• Manage software product functions and features based on assigned product streams.
• Understand overall solution architecture and contribute to product documentation.
• Plan and support the product roadmap, development, and release cycle.
• Support strategic product positioning, customer needs analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Ensure customer experience and satisfaction related to the product.
• Present product benefits and functionalities to stakeholders.
• Support Business Development in sales bids and marketing events with product domain knowledge.
• Assist Project Delivery team in requirements gathering and propose customization based on gap analysis.
• Lead and manage a team of Functional Consultants (for experienced personnel).
