Job description

We are seeking a Frontend Developer to join our global team, building modern, responsive web applications for enterprise clients across diverse industries. In this role, you will develop React and Next.js applications that consume content from headless CMS platforms, implement design systems using Tailwind CSS and component libraries, and create pixel-perfect user interfaces from Figma designs.

This role requires strong React and Next.js skills with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences. You will write clean, maintainable TypeScript code, develop components in Storybook for documentation and testing, and implement modern CSS using Tailwind and component libraries like Shadcn. You will participate in code reviews, contribute to design system development, and help establish frontend best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop React and Next.js applications with server-side rendering and static site generation
  • Build reusable component libraries following atomic design principles. Implement responsive layouts using Tailwind CSS that work across all device sizes and breakpoints
  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready user interfaces. Integrate frontend applications with GraphQL APIs from headless CMS platforms
  • Develop and document components in Storybook for team collaboration. Implement design systems and maintain component libraries using Shadcn or similar tools
  • Ensure WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility compliance across all components and pages
  • Optimize frontend performance including bundle sizes, lazy loading, and rendering strategies
  • Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library. Implement responsive navigation patterns, forms, and interactive UI elements
  • Collaborate with designers to refine interactions and ensure design feasibility
  • Work with backend developers to design API contracts and data structures
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend standards and best practices
What we are looking for
Must-Have
  • 3+ years of frontend development experience with production React applications
  • Strong proficiency in React and Next.js including hooks, context, and modern patterns
  • Expert‑level skills with Tailwind CSS and utility‑first CSS frameworks
  • Experience building responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Strong TypeScript skills for type‑safe frontend development
  • Experience translating Figma designs into production‑ready components
  • Solid understanding of component‑driven development and reusable component libraries
  • Experience consuming GraphQL APIs in React applications
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and semantic HTML
  • Experience with component testing using Jest and React Testing Library
  • Understanding of modern CSS concepts including flexbox, grid, and responsive design patterns
  • Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with Storybook for component documentation and development
  • Experience with component libraries like Shadcn, Radix UI, or similar design systems
  • Knowledge of Next.js server‑side rendering, static site generation, and API routes
  • Experience integrating with headless CMS platforms (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity)
  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization)
  • Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, React Spring)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for React applications
  • Experience with internationalization (i18n) and multi‑language applications
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (Zustand, Redux, Context API)
  • Understanding of frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite)
Who you are
  • Detail‑oriented implementer: You take pride in pixel‑perfect implementations, paying attention to spacing, typography, colors, and interactions to ensure designs are faithfully translated from Figma to production.
  • User experience advocate: You think beyond just implementing designs—considering accessibility, performance, and how users will actually interact with interfaces across different devices and contexts.
  • Component‑minded developer: You naturally think in terms of reusable components, building flexible, composable interfaces that can be used across multiple contexts while maintaining consistency.
  • Collaborative designer‑developer: You work closely with designers to understand intent, ask clarifying questions about interactions and edge cases, and provide constructive feedback on design feasibility.
  • Performance‑conscious builder: You understand that beautiful interfaces need to load quickly and perform smoothly, considering bundle sizes, rendering performance, and optimization strategies from the start.
  • Quality‑focused craftsperson: You write clean, maintainable code with proper TypeScript types, test your components, and document your work so other developers can use and extend what you build.
