Job summary

A luxury hotel chain in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced Duty Manager. You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Front Office in line with corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of associates, guests, and owners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel chain and must be skilled in Microsoft Office and Opera software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office in an international luxury hotel chain.
• Computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera are required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Meet associate, guest, and owner expectations.
• Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Office.
