Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Genting Highlands seeks a Guest Service Agent to manage check-in/check-out processes and assist with guest reservations. Candidates should have a minimum of SPM and ideally a diploma in hotel management. Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, preferable those who possess Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management.
• Height: 160 cm for male and 157 cm for female.
• Pleasant personality essential.

Responsibilities

• To handle check‑in and check‑out transactions.
• To key in customer data in GHPMS.
• Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
• Makes and confirms reservations.
• Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to guest folio.
• Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests.

Skills

Ability to converse in English

Ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia
