What you'll be doing
  • Greeting visitors and clients and guest in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls and enquiries efficiently
  • Managing the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is neat and organized
  • Providing administrative support, such as receiving and distributing mail and packages
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour at all times
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our clients and guests
What we're looking for
  • Minimum with Diploma in any field.
  • With corporate experience as a receptionist or similar role in preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, Malay and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
