Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly, check them in/out, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience
  • Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests with professionalism
  • Operate the front desk computer systems, and maintain accurate guest records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle guest messages promptly
  • Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and security protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with concierge tasks, such as recommendations and local information
  • Support night audit and daily reporting as needed
Qualifications and Skills
