Frazel Heritage Hotel is a welcoming and customer‑focused property committed to delivering memorable guest experiences. We are expanding our front office team and seeking a polished, reliable Front Desk Officer to be the friendly face of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, check them in/out, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests with professionalism
- Operate the front desk computer systems, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle guest messages promptly
- Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and security protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with concierge tasks, such as recommendations and local information
- Support night audit and daily reporting as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished, friendly, and professional appearance
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and multitasking skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office; experience with property management systems a plus)
- Ability to work night shift, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a can‑do attitude and a customer‑centric approach
