Position: Marketing & Customer Service Assistant
Location: Cyberjaya
Working hours:

  • Monday → Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role

We are a growing Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu center in Cyberjaya and are looking for a reliable, positive, and customer‑focused person to support our daily morning operations. This role involves both front‑desk responsibilities and basic marketing tasks (simple content, posting, communication support). Perfect for someone with little experience but strong motivation and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
🏋️ Front Desk & Customer Service
  • Greet members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Assist with membership questions and basic inquiries
  • Manage check‑in and check‑out of members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Provide general assistance to members during their visit
📱 Marketing & Social Media
  • Take photos/videos (phone OK) for daily content
  • Assist in creating simple social media posts (IG Stories, Reels, etc.)
  • Support promotional campaigns (events, challenges, new programs)
  • Help monitor messages and comments on social platformsProvide creative ideas to improve engagement
🗂️ Administration
  • Basic data entry (attendance, membership details, etc.)
  • Help manage appointments and scheduling
  • Prepare simple reports when needed
Requirements
