Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM education required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all staff levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Punctual, reliable, and strong customer service ethics.
  • Completed exemplary attendance records.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
  • Provide general administrative support like photocopying and printing.
  • Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with service providers.
  • Support HR and Admin departments with records.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

  • Maintain and update the company's filing systems and records.
  • Schedule appointment bookings, manage the meeting rooms schedule and front lobby area.
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, printing, and other clerical duties.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with service providers (e.g couriers, maintenance).
  • Support HR and Admin departments in maintaining records.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
