Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Working Hours: 7.30AM - 7PM rotational shift, Monday - Friday

Salary: Monthly salary with minimum RM3500, plus attractive allowances

Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Provide accurate information and resolve issues via email and calls

Assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, baggage claims, and more

Deliver world-class service with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures

Candidate must possess at least SPM level

Proficient in Mandarin and English (both spoken & written)

Prior customer service experience is a plus - but not required, familiarity with airline is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Customer-focused with a positive attitude and team spirit
