Salary range: RM 3,000 - RM 5,500 (Junior to Senior Level)

Job Summary

This role is responsible for handling customer service and coordination for freight shipments. The incumbent will liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal departments to ensure shipments are processed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing
  • Handle end-to-end sea import shipments from pre-alert to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, co-loaders, customs, transporters, and warehouses.
  • Prepare and process import documentation and support customs clearance.
  • Liaise with internal operations, declaration, and transport teams for smooth shipment execution.
  • Update customers on shipment status and handle enquiries professionally.
  • Ensure accurate billing instructions, cost checking, and proper filing in accordance with SOPs.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in sea freight import.
  • Familiar with sea import procedures and customs clearance.
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
