Qualifications
  • Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience.
  • Experience selling automatic pet care products to pet owners.
  • Ability to work independently and generate own leads.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong account management abilities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Experience in Sales or Business Development is a plus; prior experience as an insurance agent or commission-based sales representative (e.g. Coway, Cuckoo) is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful sales outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
