• Experience working with diagnostic tools, service manuals, and workshop software.

• Allocate repair and service tasks based on technician skill levels and workload.
• Oversee quality checks and final inspections before vehicle delivery.
• Assist technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle problems.
