Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team at SRF GARAGE' in Balik Pulau, Penang. As our Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive repair and maintenance workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of our skilled technicians, mechanics, and apprentices to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards
• Develop and implement work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Inspect completed work to identify any issues or defects and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to the team, sharing your expertise and troubleshooting skills
• Liaise with customers, gather feedback, and communicate progress on their vehicles
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inventory, and workshop operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and workshop procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Senior Technician in an automotive repair workshop
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex issues efficiently
