Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or Biological related fields with a major in Microbiology and/ or Quality Control.
  • With a minimum of 5 years working experience in food safety management system (FSMS) by having adequate understanding of food & beverage production processes.
  • Able to do planning for realization of safe food production.
  • Experience working in a laboratory environment (microbiological tests, equipment and budgeting) is an added advantage.
  • Possess working knowledge of federal and state regulations applicable to food processing/ catering.
  • Possess decisive analytical mind in risk assessment in food safety.
  • Possess leadership and task planning skills and able to work under pressure
