Qualifications

• A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance or related field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Check, record, and verify all products on a daily basis.
• Assist in preparing and collecting samples for authorities.
• Perform weekly swab tests for products.
• Act as Document Controller for the Food Safety Management System.
