Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Food & Beverage Captain and Assistant, ensuring that restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all areas meet service standards and provide a high‑quality experience to guests.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns tactfully, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct monthly inventory.
  • Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for all team members.
  • Attend meetings and briefings, especially in the absence of the restaurant manager.
  • Continuously improve the guest experience by upholding high service and product standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality environment.
