About the Role
BKC is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven FMCG Sales & Channel Manager based in Klang Valley to open new sales channels, manage key accounts, and lead our sales team. If you’re sharp with buyers, strong in KA, GT/MT, and love expanding brand presence, this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive Channel Expansion: Open and grow GT, MT, Key Accounts, Pharmacies, Convenience Stores, and online channels nationwide.
- Manage Key Accounts: Handle buyer negotiations, new listings, promotions, and ensure strong brand visibility.
- Liaise With Purchasers: Work closely with retail and distributor purchasers to secure orders and smoothen operations.
- Lead the Sales Team: Guide and motivate reps on coverage, merchandising, and target achievement.
- Support Director Daily: Assist in planning, coordination, reporting, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in FMCG sales, preferably personal care/hygiene.
- Strong network in Klang Valley GT/MT is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and able to move fast in a growing SME environment.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Own transport required.
