TCR Group Shared Services Sdn Bhd – Sepang, Selangor

This is an exciting time for our company. We are in full transition towards a new ERP System – SAP S4/Hana. Therefore, we are looking for a Fleet PM Planner supporting different entities in countries over the world. The role will be based at our Group Shared Service office in Cyberjaya.

As Fleet PM Planner, you are responsible for ensuring that the TCR-owned & customer-owned GSE fleet are managed and maintained in such a manner to support operations in the most efficient way possible.

The primary responsibilities of the job are:

Take responsibility that all GSE under TCR responsibility, either TCR-owned or 3rd party-owned, have the right maintenance schedules and intervals assigned.

Ensure required maintenance orders are released to responsible operation in advance of due date within company guidelines.

Communicate with operations, local fleet manager, and general manager to ensure maintenance services and inspections are followed to minimize unavailability.

Sense check detail records of GSE servicing and inspections to ensure they are maintained and registered properly.

Check that all service and safety bulletins are followed and carried out.

Coordinate and implement regular internal tabletop audits on TCR GSE.

Analyze data to increase business operational efficiencies.

Report on overdue measurement readings and overdue services.

Any other tasks assigned by department senior, direct manager, or TCR Group Shared Services management team from time to time.
