A leading manufacturing company in Sepang, Malaysia is seeking an Executive - Finance, Record to Report to oversee fixed assets functions. The role includes ensuring accurate reporting, processing invoices, and maintaining fixed asset registers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field (Fresh graduates may also be considered).
• ERP knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the Company’s fixed assets functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to relevant departments.
• Support the Finance Department in daily operational matters related to fixed assets.
• Process invoice payments and handle reconciliation for Fixed Assets related vendors.
• Verify invoices and ensure fixed assets are received before invoicing.
• Update cashbook and ensure funds available before releasing payments.
• Maintain a proper fixed assets file by category and register.
• Ensure fixed assets register matches the ERP system.
• Track project costs into fixed asset accounts.
• Conduct monthly fixed asset sighting.
• Manage fixed assets write-off, disposal, or transfer.
• Prepare fixed assets budgetary control reports.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents on PPE related issues.
