Responsible overall tenant fit out process of delivery, design, technical, coordination and facilitate the entire process of the tenants’ design, fit-out and vacant possession.

Carry out progress meeting with fit-out team to lead and review on tenant's renovation progress report and provide solutions on the fit-out matters to ensure all renovations progress is according to the work schedule and complied with relevant authorities requirement.

Responsible for fit out project development progress and negotiating changes to the scope of work through liaison with leasing department, tenant and contractors.

Monitor and verify fit out work is done in accordance with approved submission and concept through site visit.

Work closely and maintain good working relationship across others department such as Operations Department, Building Services Department, Safety and Security Department to ensure the renovating tenants adhere to management’s rules and regulations.

Ensure the fit-out work is done adherence to safety standards, contract specifications and work schedule.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Diploma/Degree, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.

Required skill(s): AutoCad.

Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in Fit Out/architecture/interior design or related field is required for this vacancy.
