Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot P2P application and integrations.
• Liaise with application vendors to resolve bugs and apply patches.
• Conduct UAT for new features or compliance-driven changes.
• Document integration flows, change logs, and known issues.
• Track and analyze transaction performance and system logs.
• Handle user requests and support (internal and external).
• Support cybersecurity remediation by applying patches/configuration changes.
• Participate in disaster recovery and backup planning/testing.
• Provide input for weekly/monthly system performance reporting.
• Maintain operational readiness documentation for audits.
