Job description

About the role:

As the CBRE Financial Analyst - Account Payable (Korean speaker), you will join a team responsible for a broad range of Accounts Payable activities and enjoy regional exposure with career enhancing opportunities supporting the Korean market.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for the functions of Accounts Payable - preparation of vendor payment, staff claims, Inter-company payment and ad-hoc payment request.
• Ensure payment transactions are properly recorded into ERP system (PeopleSoft System).
• Reconciliation of vendor statement against ERP vendor account.
• Complete the monthly closing in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in payment runs - generating payment vouchers, updating invoice status, uploading system-generated payment files in shared folder.
• Process all requests received from Countries in accordance to Service Level Agreement.
• Monthly Reporting-Complete monthly bank reconciliation and monthly exception report.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) requirements, BSO processes and procedures.
• Any other scopes/tasks which may assign by the Manager.
• Training will be provided to support growth and development.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
