Requirement

1. Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related fields.

2. Professional certificate such as CA/CPA/ACCA is highly desirable.

3. 3 to 5 years of accounting experience including month-end closing and full set of accounts will have an advantage.

4. Good command in spoken and written in English.

5. Good accounting & organizing skills.

6. Fast & effective: high accuracy required.

7. Able to work independently or as a team.

8. Have experience using accounting software will be beneficial.

Responsibility

1. Perform full sets of accounts, including month-end closing and reconciliations.

2. Manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing.

3. Act as project administrator, responsible for project P&L tracking, documentation, and reporting.

4. Integrate AI and GPT-powered tools into daily finance operations to improve efficiency and decision-making.

5. Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained in the system.

6. Resolve internal and external accounting issues to ensure smooth operations.

7. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties.

8. Monitor creditors’ aging and ensure timely and accurate payments.

9. Perform ad-hoc finance-related duties as assigned.
