Key Responsibilities
Project Management / Data Analysis Focus
  • Lead all aspects of large, cross-functional projects, ensuring world‑class execution.
  • Build and update dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators.
  • Continuously review the relevancy of critical metrics to market trends, benchmarking against outstanding entities.
  • Research, benchmark, and analyze data to make actionable recommendations for the shared service industry.
  • Drive continuous process improvement for shared services, evaluating progress and determining functional focus and metrics for success.
Digital Collaboration & Efficiency
  • Lead and manage cross‑functional projects to successfully implement automation and AI solutions that boost efficiency.
  • Identify and deploy AI opportunities within scope, ensuring a flawless execution.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and projects, driving digital transformation.
People Focus
  • Build and foster long‑term partnerships within the organization and with cross‑functional partners.
  • Plan and lead engagement activities and special events to improve team collaboration.
  • Lead people development training programs to ensure world‑class performance.
  • Quickly assess and address challenges that hinder organizational efficiency and team performance.
Governance & Assurance
  • Ensure compliance and strengthen governance through internal reviews, audits, and effective control management.

  • Proficiency in digital tools (Power Automate, UiPath, AI, Power BI, Snowflake, and other automation platforms).

  • Ability to explain financial matters succinctly to non‑finance personnel.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Hands‑on experience in digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption.
  • Strong collaborator management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Over 5 years of experience in SAP ERP, including proven experience in process automation.
  • Experience in Six Sigma, LEAN thinking.
  • Additional certifications in Project Management or Digital Tools are highly desirable.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
