Responsibilities and Authorities
  • Establish and improve the company’s financial management system; formulate, refine, and supervise the implementation of financial policies and internal control procedures.
  • Take full responsibility for the company’s daily financial accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.
  • Manage company funds to enhance utilization efficiency, including cash flow monitoring, fund allocation, and financial planning.
  • Develop and optimize cost accounting models suitable for the machining industry; calculate product manufacturing costs, conduct regular cost analyses, and monitor material consumption, labor efficiency, and expense control during production to ensure cost targets are achieved.
  • Prepare and submit financial and management reports on time, providing accurate data support for management decision‑making.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensure timely tax filings and payments, and manage tax risks effectively.
  • Manage relationships with external parties such as banks, tax authorities, and auditors; organize and coordinate both internal and external audits.
  • Lead and manage the Finance Department; collaborate closely with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of finance-related experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing industry.
  • Familiar with Malaysian and international accounting standards and tax regulations; proficient in financial software systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with the China team, supported by solid analytical skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and high professional ethics.
