Job summary

A healthcare institution in Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to assist with the preparation of management reports, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and maintain financial records. Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports

Support yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting activities

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records and ensure timely updates of the General Ledger

Ensure all costs, revenue, and collections are accurately recorded in the ledger

Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting for all subsidiaries

Prepare financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards and statutory requirements

Support monthly and quarterly reporting activities

Assist in handling queries from auditors and tax agents

Identify and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal controls, local regulations, tax, and audit requirements

Support the Finance Director and Finance Manager on ad‑hoc projects
