Job summary

A leading property development company in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced financial analyst to prepare and analyze financial reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in reporting and consolidation, possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access. This role involves coordinating financial queries across departments, and candidates with auditing experience will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis.
• Candidates with experience in auditing are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to stores and profit centers.
• Track expenses and revenues vs. budget, analyze fluctuations.
• Prepare quarterly operating reports and annual financial information binder.

Skills

Accounting/GAAP knowledge

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Access)
