Job description

Finance Operations Analyst (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Assist in driving the automation and intelligence of regional network settlement data analysis.
• Responsible for policy calculation, evaluation, forecasting, and analysis for the assigned regions.
• Support and execute partner (franchise/ally) enablement initiatives within the assigned regions.
• Lead the preparation of special analysis reports for specific regions or individual partners, and coordinate with relevant departments to drive improvement actions.
• Assist in analyzing data and formulating more effective market policies.
• Visit branches to understand operational challenges and needs related to settlement policies; support negotiations with partners when necessary.
• Assist in driving the implementation of other related financial initiatives and projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Candidates with a finance-related background are preferred; those without a finance degree but with relevant settlement or financial experience will also be considered.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think flexibly, learn quickly, draw insights, and independently identify and solve problems.
• Relevant working experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, cost control, FP&A / Finance BP, data operations, data analysis, or IE-related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of SQL and Power BI will be an added advantage.
