About The Company

Our client is a leading provider of data management solutions, specializing in cutting‑edge technology to optimize data storage and processing.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact with banks and headquarters for day‑to‑day financial transactions
  • Process payments across the APAC region, including bank transfers and H2H payments
  • Oversee the management of bank and H2H payment accounts
  • Implement and enhance automation within financial systems
  • Provide payment‑related support to departments such as Order Operations, Delivery, Sales, and GSM
  • Liaise with banks and payment vendors on behalf of APAC entities
  • Assist with month‑end closing procedures
  • Support both internal and external audit processes
  • Assist with bank account openings, KYC compliance, signatory updates, and other administrative requirements
  • Prepare and manage finance/banking documentation
  • Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as needed
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or payment processing roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and payment processing systems.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
