A reputable financial services company in Penang is hiring Finance Officers for multiple vacancies including Accounts Payable and Treasury roles. Candidates will manage full sets of accounts, ensure compliance with financial policies, assist in budgeting, and work on audits. Handle full set of accounts and month‑end closing. Ensure effective management of fixed assets, inventories, general ledger, payables, receivables and financial reporting. Assist in annual budgeting, monthly reporting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with internal control policies by monitoring financial transactions and conducting regular audits.
Analyze and review operating expenses and balance sheet schedules to ensure financial accuracy, identify cost‑saving opportunities and detect irregularities. Assist in annual statutory audit, coordinate with tax agent for lodgment of annual tax return and prepare corporate tax computation. Support annual stock count activities and stock reconciliation. Monitor legal and regulatory compliance and assign ad‑hoc assignments by superior.
