Job description
Finance Officer (AP, GL, Treasury) – Multiple Vacancies

Handle full set of accounts and month‑end closing. Ensure effective management of fixed assets, inventories, general ledger, payables, receivables and financial reporting. Assist in annual budgeting, monthly reporting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with internal control policies by monitoring financial transactions and conducting regular audits.

Analyze and review operating expenses and balance sheet schedules to ensure financial accuracy, identify cost‑saving opportunities and detect irregularities. Assist in annual statutory audit, coordinate with tax agent for lodgment of annual tax return and prepare corporate tax computation. Support annual stock count activities and stock reconciliation. Monitor legal and regulatory compliance and assign ad‑hoc assignments by superior.

Account Officer – Accounts Payable
  • Ensure accurate posting of payable transactions and support management and financial reporting needs.
  • Process all payment requests on time including staff claims.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle internal and external vendor correspondences and support other stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper filing of account documents for record keeping.
  • Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities and provide supporting documentation for audit purposes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts payable operations.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties or projects.
Account Officer – Treasury
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow and liquidity positions.
  • Prepare cash forecasts and support working capital optimization.
  • Execute treasury transactions including FX, investments, and intercompany funding.
  • Support treasury reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Assist in treasury system improvements and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre‑U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • ACCA/CIMA/CPA membership or related is an added advantage.
  • Preferably 3‑5 years experience specializing in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
  • Adaptable to change in a dynamic environment with initiative to improve reporting, policies and processes.
  • Strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines with good organisational skill.
  • Meticulous with good attention to detail, efficient and strong analytical skills.
