Finance Manager | Consolidation, Reporting & Analysis

Oversee the full set of accounts and ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.

Review and analyse performance reports, statutory reporting, and ensure full compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and monitor actual performance versus budget.

Identify operational and financial issues, propose improvements, and support continuous process enhancement.

Manage regulatory reporting and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and authorities.

Act as custodian of company assets and monitor company expenses.

Perform detailed financial variance analysis, including SG&A, gross profit, sales mix, inventory, and more.

Translate financial results into business insights that support decision‑making.

Identify risks, opportunities, and recommend improvement initiatives.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to align financial insights with business operations.

Strengthen the connection between accounting data and real operational outcomes.

Improve reporting formats, visualization dashboards, and analytical tools.

Ensure high accuracy and reliability of reported data—eliminating the need for rechecking.

Coach team members and oversee the quality and timeliness of their deliverables.

Present financial performance clearly, highlighting key impacts and recommended actions.

Stay updated on accounting and tax regulation changes and ensure compliance.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance (ACCA, CAT, CIMA added advantages)
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience
  • Strategic thinker with strong integrity and a results‑driven mindset
  • Ability to interpret financial data and support business decisions
