Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax, cash flow, and compliance.
• Experience in property development and/or construction sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance operations.
• Hands-on involvement in setting up processes and internal controls.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations including collections and payments.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents.
