📌 Job Opportunity: Finance Manager

As part of our group’s expansion into housing development in 2026, Metro Homes Realty Berhad is seeking a Finance Manager to be based in Kota Kinabalu.

This role will primarily support housing development projects and related initiatives, while also assisting in hotel operations and financial management when required.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for housing development projects
  • Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial controls
  • Assist in financial management of hotel operations, including reporting and cost control (as required)
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external consultants
  • Support management in financial analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
🔹 Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience (hotel, property development, or construction industry preferred)
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); English proficiency required
  • Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills
  • Experience in project-based finance or property development will be an advantage
  • Willing to be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
