We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Finance Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting, and will play a critical role in supporting decision‑making processes by providing accurate financial data and insights.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
  • Monitor key financial metrics, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and consultants
  • Work closely with department heads to control costs and optimize financial performance
  • Support strategic initiatives by conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Help implement and maintain financial systems and tools
