About the role KMS MANUFACTORY SDN. BHD. ' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in our Bertam Penang location. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the efficient management of all financial resources and supervising the overall operations of the Human Resources and Administration departments to ensure alignment with company policies and business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support business scalability and strategic growth.

Develop and maintain the annual budget, business plan, and profit & cash flow projections, ensuring alignment with financial targets and tracking financial performance.

Manage the preparation of full sets of accounts, monthly financial statements, billing cycles, vendor payments, and employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.

Ensure efficient group consolidation, handle multi-currency accounting, and provide variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making and financial transparency.

Supervise the preparation and submission of all key financial documents including bank statements, invoices, and supporting schedules, in line with audit and compliance standards.

Coordinate the timely completion of annual audits, tax filings, statutory payments, and regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), tax authorities, serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring all financial practices meet statutory, financial, and industry standards.

Overseeing all matters relating to HR & Administration related function assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accountancy and/or professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.

5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Proven track record of successful financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Candidate must be able to work at Bertam Technology Park.
