Job description

Due to company expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the overall finance and account functions of the company, providing financial and operational support to the business in a reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• This role is going to work directly with the General Manager. You will be responsible for doing a full set of accounts using accounting software such as UBS and etc.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Analysing accounting data and producing financial reports/forecasts/product costing/cash‑flow statements as required by management.
• Monitoring invoices, cash flow and general expense variances against budget while effectively managing budgets and costs.
• Analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual management and statutory reports including management reports, profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Working closely with the Director on budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the business.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A collaborative team player able to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
