Responsibilities

1. Oversee the company’s financial operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, while providing strategic financial guidance to management.

2. Monitor, plan, and manage cash‑flows and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

3. Oversee the accounting department’s daily operations to ensure deadlines are met and financial goals are achieved.

4. Oversee the monthly and yearly stock count procedure to ensure stock accuracy.

5. Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, bankers, and other professionals to ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements.

6. Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5 years working experience in an accounting position
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and self‑motivated
  • Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience in using SQL accounting software
  • Experience handling manufacturing accounts and warehouse management system is a plus
