Job Description

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Maintain and update general ledger entries and support month-end closing activities.

Assist in payroll processing, utilities, and other related accounting functions.

Monitor cash flow, stock balances, and reconcile bank statements.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities by preparing relevant financial data.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and revenue/expenditure variance analysis.

Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.

Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager or management.

Job Requirements

Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance; experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software / ERP system (SAP / Oracle) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
